Announced just weeks ago the Federal Transit Administration will increase the minimum rate of random drug testing from 25 percent to 50 percent. This change will become effective January 1, 2019. The random alcohol testing rate will remain at 10 percent. This only applies to the FTA Agency. Please discuss with your Minert & Associates representative if changes to your policy are needed.
