Portable pot vaporizers known as ‘vapes’ or ‘pocket hookahs’ are encouraging minors to smoke marijuana because they make it so easy to hide. Marijuana users fill the chambers of the vaporizers with dried weed or with butter, waxes or oils processed from marijuana.
